Im Chloe, and I have been on my self development journey for a number of years now. My main motivations are learning from others, my own experiences and from mindfulness in psychology and share that with like minded people.

I have experienced my own struggles and experiences too, I’m not a perfect person – but that is why I have this blog, so we can all learn… together … through writing!

Neurosis and mental health has such a huge stigma to it, I wanted to create a safe, holistic place to share new innovative information in a mindful and non judge mental approach.
