Hi, and thank-you for visiting my about page!

My name is Chloe, and I created this network about 6 months ago to provide some food for thought on mental health. We also have a facebook support group for those who are experiencing ocd / anxiety in their relationships. It is run by myself and two amazing moderators who respond every day to questions and people’s stories around ocd and anxiety in relationships – and how incredibly difficult it is for people.

There is a huge stigma around mental health as it is, but there is also so much misunderstanding for what it can be like in relationships. I’m so grateful for the moderators who experience it themselves but also have a background in mental health services to be able to answer the practical questions that people need answered.

As for myself, I have focused on personal development for the last 5 years. I have gone through many different stages of mental health, and at this point in my life I am just at a stage of acceptance.

With an open disclosure, I am not someone who identifies with relationship ocd/anxiety. The moderators in the group however, have experienced it and is why I have this blog to share mindfulness posts that are helpful in all realms of mental health.
